In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By creating an Account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with bima4d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bima4d. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an Account on bima4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. bima4d strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification checks will be carried out as part of the KYC process; accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise have lawful permission to access online gaming services at the time of play.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bima4d or any of its affiliated service providers.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

bima4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the period requested will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), a valid email address, and a current mobile telephone number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. bima4d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify bima4d's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

bima4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

bima4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program in order to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed, and may also be triggered by unusual account activity or deposit patterns.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your name and current Indonesian address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the front of the bank card or a screenshot of the e-wallet account used to deposit, confirming that the payment method belongs to you.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. bima4d reserves the right to request additional documentation where the submitted materials are insufficient to complete verification. The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

All financial transactions on bima4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment channels are supported:

• Local Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bima4d reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds in line with its anti-fraud protocols.

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during the processing window of 00:00–23:59 WIB. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals to a different name or third-party account are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

bima4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider, for transaction failures arising from incorrect beneficiary details provided by the Member, or for fees charged by the Member's financial institution.

bima4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Wagering Requirements: Every bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement (turnover multiplier) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms, which take precedence over these general conditions.
2. Validity Period: Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
3. Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sports bets on markets with odds below the stated minimum, and certain live casino side bets, may be excluded entirely. Full contribution schedules are published on the relevant promotion page.
4. One Bonus per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
5. bima4d's Discretion: bima4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a Member has partially completed the wagering requirement, the Member's real-money balance will be preserved but the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds will be forfeited.

bima4d offers a broad range of betting and gaming products, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot games), sabung ayam (international live cockfighting), and e-sports markets. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. bima4d does not accept cancellation or modification requests after a bet has been placed and acknowledged by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrectly displayed odd or payout, bima4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Members' accounts.
• For sports betting markets, bima4d follows internationally recognized rules for void events (e.g., match abandonment, postponement). In-play market rules are published separately for each sport category.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, the voiding of any single leg due to event cancellation will result in the leg being treated as a push (odds of 1.00), with the accumulator remaining active on the remaining legs.
• For togel draws, official results are taken from the designated source market's published draw outcomes. bima4d is not responsible for discrepancies between third-party result publications and the official draw source.
• For live casino games powered by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Microgaming), the studio's own game rules govern in the event of any dispute. RNG-based games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bima4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances upon investigation:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit pricing errors, or engage in match-fixing;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such exploit must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting wagering-free withdrawal mechanics, or coordinating with other Members to cycle bonus funds;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion periods, by opening a new account during an active exclusion.

bima4d cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units where required by applicable law. Any evidence of criminal activity identified through the Platform's transaction monitoring system will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

bima4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide every Member with access to the following tools, all of which can be activated directly from within the Account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah;
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and bar yourself from re-registering for a minimum period of 12 months.

bima4d strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned to the original payment source where permissible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bima4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services offered shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bima4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Service interruptions caused by Internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's own failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in odds displayed due to data feed failures from third-party sports data providers, where bets placed on the erroneous odds will be voided and stakes returned;
• Any losses arising from a Member's own decision to gamble, including losses that exceed funds the Member could reasonably afford to lose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bima4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

All content on the bima4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, software, game assets (where hosted by bima4d directly), text, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of bima4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, or scrape any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component; or use bima4d's branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by bima4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bima4d collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — with your consent — marketing communications. bima4d does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

bima4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Members' rights or obligations — bima4d will provide at least 7 days' notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date, and where possible, by notifying active Members via email or in-platform message.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account by contacting the support team before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations as applied by bima4d's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and bima4d, you agree to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral body designated by bima4d's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits bima4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
